Most people think I’m very lucky to have the summer off and I agree but I definitely make up for the time off in the summer with lots of hard work during the school year. I went in for a few hours a couple days last week and today was my official first day back. It was good to be back and in a routine since I feel like my eating gets better with that. I made a quinoa salad yesterday from self magazine that is excellent and super easy. I had that as well as some chicken sausages for lunch today. I’ll try to get into more of a routine now of blogging to help me stay on track.
